What happens to our Body during fasting

Fasting:
Detoxification Stage 1 (Day 1 To Day 2)
On the first day of fasting, the blood sugar level
drops. The heart slows and blood pressure is
reduced. Glycogen is pulled from the muscle
causing some weakness. The first wave of
cleansing is usually the worst. Headaches,
dizzinessnausea, bad breath, and a heavily coated
tongue are signs of the first stage of cleansing.
Hunger can be the most intense in this period.
Detoxification Stage 2 (Day 3 To Day 7)
Fats, composed of transformed fatty acids, are
broken down to release glycerol from the gliceride
molecules and are converted to glucose. The skin
may become oily as rancid oils are purged from
the body. People with problem-free skin may have
a few days of pimples or even a boil. The body
embraces the fast and the digestive system is
able to take a much-needed rest, focusing all of
its energies on cleansing and healing. White blood
cell and immune system activity increases. You
may feel pain in your lungs. The cleansing organs
and the lungs are in the process of being repaired.
The breath is still foul and the tongue coated.
Within the intestine, the colon is being repaired
and impacted feces on the intestinal wall start to
loosen.
Detoxification Stage 3 (Day 8 to Day 15)
You will experience enhanced energy, clear-
mindedness and feel better. On the downside, old
injuries may become irritated and painful. This is
a result of the body's increased ability to heal
during fasting. If you had broken your arm 10
years before, there is scar tissue around the
break. At the time of the break, the body's ability
to heal was directly related to lifestyle. If you
lived on a junk-food diet, the body's natural
healing ability was compromised. During fasting,
the body's healing process is at optimum
efficiency. As the body scours for dead or
damaged tissue, the lymphocytes enter the older,
damaged tissue secreting substances to dissolve
the damaged cells. These substances irritate the
nerves in the surrounding region and cause a
reoccurrence of aches from previously injured
areas that may have disappeared years earlier.
The pain is good as the body is completing the
healing process. The muscles may become tight
and sore due to toxin irritation. The legs can be
the worst affected, as toxins accumulate in the
legs. Cankers are common in this stage due to
the excessive bacteria in the mouth. Daily
gargling with salt and water will prevent or heal
cankers.
Detoxification Stage 4 (Day 16 to Day 30)
The body is completely adapted to the fasting
process. There is more energy and clarity of
mind. Cleansing periods can be short with many
days of feeling good in between. There are days
when the tongue is pink and the breath is fresh.
The healing work of the organs is being
completed. After the detoxification mechanisms
have removed the causative agent or render it
harmless, the body works at maximum capacity in
tissue proliferation to replace damaged tissue.
After day 20, the mind is affected. Heightened
clarity and emotional balance are felt at this time.
Memory and concentration improve.
Subhaan Allah what great health benefits but
think of the rewards that will really matter and
given by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala in this life
and the hereafter In-Shaa Allah.

The *SHORTEST* but *POWERFUL* Dua

*_Are you aware of it_* ?

Al-'Abbās, the uncle of the Prophet , came to the Prophet (peace be pon him) and said:*“Ya Rasūlullāh, teach me a du'ā'.”*
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “O my uncle, say:

*Allāhumma inni asaluka al āfiyah*

(O Allāh, I ask you for *āfiyah*)

Now, What is *āfiyah* ?

*Āfiyah* means “to save me from any afflictions.
To be healthy, you are in *āfiyah*.
To have enough money to live, you are in *āfiyah*.
To have your children protected, you are in *āfiyah*.
And if you are forgiven and not punished, you are in *āfiyah*.

*Āfiyah* means :

“*O Allāh, protect me from any pain and suffering*” This includes Duniya and Aakhirah.

Al-'Abbās thought about this for a while, and then he came back after a few days and said (paraphrased):

“Ya Rasūlullāh, this du'ā' seems a little short. I want something big.”

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “My dear uncle, ask Allāh for *'āfiyah*, for wallāhi, you cannot be given anything better than *'āfiyah*.”

It is a simple Du'ā'. Sincerely mean what you say.

“O Allāh, I ask You to be saved from any distress, grief, hardship, harm. Don't test me.”

All of this is included in *Allāhumma inni asaluka al-'āfiyah*

In anger, the man took the child's hand and hit it many times;
not realizing he was using a wrench.

At the hospital, the child lost all his fingers due to multiple fractures.

When the child saw his father...

with painful eyes he asked, 'Dad when will my fingers grow back?'

The man was so hurt and speechless;
he went back to his car and kicked it a lot of times.

Devastated by his own actions.....
sitting in front of that car he looked at the scratches;

the child had written 'LOVE YOU DAD'.

The next day that man committed suicide. . .

Anger and Love have no limits;
choose the latter to have a beautiful, lovely life.....

Things are to be used and people are to be loved.

But the problem in today's world is that,

People are used and things are loved.

In this year, let's be careful to keep this thought in mind:

Things are to be used,
but People are to be loved.

Watch your thoughts; they become words.

Watch your words; they become actions.

Watch your actions; they become habits.

Watch your habits they become character;

Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.

۞"अबु हुरैरह रजि. से रिवायत है की रसूलुल्लाह (ﷺ) ने फ़र्माया,"जिस ने नमाज पढ़ी और इसमें कुरआन (सूरह फातिहा) ना पढ़ी तो उसकी नमाज नाकिस (अधूरी है, पूरी नहीं) है।
कहा इसको तीन बार,नही पूरी होती (नमाज बिना फातिहा के)
अबु हुरैरह रजि. से पूछा गया की हम इमाम के पीछे होते है तो?
आप (रजि.) ने फ़र्माया (हाँ) पढ़  अपने आप में
/"فِي نَفْسِك"َ}
Yourself/मन में},
क्योंकि  मैंने रसूलुल्लाह (ﷺ) से सुना है की अल्लाह तआला ने फ़र्माया नमाज मेरे और बन्दे के दरमियान आधी तक़सीम हो गई है,और जो मेरा बन्दा जो भी मांगेगा उसे वही मिलेगा।
चुनाँचे बन्दा जब कहता है,
"الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ‏"
(तमाम तारीफ़ अल्लाह ही के लिये है जो तमाम क़ायनात का रब है)
तो अल्लाह तआला फर्माता है "मेरा बन्दा मेरी प्रशंसा (तारीफ़) करता है।"
और जब वह (बन्दा) कहता है,
"‏ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ‏"
(वह मेहरबान,रहम करने वाला है)
तो अल्लाह तआला फरमाता है "मेरे बन्दे ने मेरी खूबी (गुणगान) बयान करता है"
वह (बन्दा) कहता है,
" مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ"
(बदले के दिन का मालिक)
तो अल्लाह तआला फरमाता है "बन्दे ने मेरी खूबी और बुजुर्गी बयान की और कभी फरमाता है के बन्दा ने अपने कामो को मेरे सुपुर्द कर दिया"
वह (बन्दा) कहता है,
"إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ"
(हम सिर्फ तेरी ही इबादत करते है और सिर्फ तुझ ही से मदद चाहते है)
तो अल्लाह तआला फरमाता है "ये मेरे और बन्दे के बीच है और मेरे बन्दे को जो वो मांगे मिलेगा"
वह (बन्दा) कहता है,
" اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ"

" صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلاَ الضَّالِّينَ"
(हमें सीधे रास्ते की हिदायत दे।
उन लोगों का रास्ता जिन पर तूने इनाम फ़रमाया, जो माअतूब नहीं हुए, जो भटके हुए नहीं है।)
अल्लाह तआला फरमाता है "ये मेरे बन्दे के लिए है और जो वो मांगे इसे वही मिलेगा"

Rabbi a'uzubika min hamazaatish shayadin wa a'uzubika rabbi an yahdurun

Afraid of the torment of the hell fire:

If you are afraid Allah may not accept your good deeds:
رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
Rabbana takabbal minna innaka antas sameeul aleem

If you are sad, complain to none other than Allah:
إنما أَشْكُو بَثِّي وَحُزْنِي إِلَى اللَّه
Innama ashku bassi wa huzni ilalaah

Sadaqa-e-Fitr Ya Zakaat Al Fitr, Jise Hum Aam Taur Par ‘Fitra’ Ke Naam Se Jaante Hai, Yeh Ek Aisa Sadaqa Hai Jo Aap Ke Tamaam Rozo Ko Paak Karta Hai. Yeh Ek Khane Pine Ki Cheezo Ki Shakal Me Diya Jaata Hai Un Logo Ko Jo Faqeer Ya Misqeen (Zaroorat mand) Hai.

Ibn Abbas (ra) Farmate Hai Ke: “Rasool Allah sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam Ne Rozdaro Ko Lagu Aur Behuda Baaton Se Paak Karne Ke Liye Aur Miskeen Ko Khilane Ke Liye Sadqa-e-Fitr Mukarrar Farmaya. *NOTE:*Zakaat-ul-Fitr Har Musalaman Par Farz Hai Siway Unke Jo Bahut Hi Jyada Gareeb Hai Aur Zakaat-ul-Fitr Dene Ki Istataat Nahi Rakhte Hai. Bahut Sare Musalmano Ko Yeh Ghalat Fehmi Hai Ke Zakaat al Fitr Unhi Logo Par Farz Hai Jo Zakaat Nikalte Hai.

What is Zakat ul-Fitr?

Zakat Ul-Fitr is the charity that we pay at the end of Ramadan.

Here is the foundational hadith that establishes the obligation of Zakat ul-Fitr:

Ibn `Umar reported that the Prophet (sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam), made Zakat al-Fitr compulsory on every slave, freeman, male, female, young and old among the Muslims; one Saa` (a measurement: four double handfuls) of dried dates or one Saa` of barley.

But unfortunately, our community makes some basic errors in the payment of Zakat Al-Fitr that must be clarified.

Error One: Paying at Eid Salah

Some people go to Eid prayers and drop money into the donation box thinking that they have paid their Zakat  ul-Fitr.

No, Zakat al-Fitr, which is food, must be in the  hands of the needy family BEFORE Eid prayer.

If someone goes to Eid prayer and pays then it is GUARANTEED that the money will NOT arrive on time. And thus the person paying is sinful for having missed the payment of Zakat al-Fitr.

Error Two: Snail mailing the money overseas

Basic principle as before: the Zakat al-Fitr, food, MUST be in the hands of the needy BEFORE Eid prayer. One cannot mail the money overseas and have it arrive in the hands of the needy after Eid prayer is over.

However, if one is able to get the Zakah al-Fitr to the needy overseas BEFORE Eid prayer is conducted in their locality, then in sha Allah it’s alright.

Error Three: Not paying

Yes, as simple as this error is, it is HARAM to skip the payment of Zakat Al-Fitr. EVERYONE must pay Zakat Al-Fitr, every member of the household. So if you have 8 people in your house, Zakat Al-Fitr must be paid x 8, even if the youngest member is just a few days old.

Error Four: Confusing Zakat ul-Fitr with Zakat ul-Maal

We are talking about Zakat al-Fitr here (think “Iftar”, i.e. Ramadan). Zakat Al-Maal (Maal literally means wealth), is the Zakah due on ones money – and that could be due any time during the year depending on when it was due.

Error Five: Giving money instead of food

Although some scholars have allowed giving money instead of food, the spirit of Zakat Al-Fitr is to give food to the needy of the community, NOT money.

The Companion of the Prophet, Abu Sa`eed al-Khudree, radi Allahu 'anhu, said, "In the Prophet's time, we used to give it (Zakatal-Fitr) as a sa` of food, dried dates, barley, raisins or dried cheese".

Error Six: Giving one’s Zakah al-Fitr to a charitable building project

Some people mistakenly give their Zakah Al-Fitr to a charitable building project: like the building of a Masjid, or Islamic school.  There is a difference of opinion on this issue, but suffice it to say that the spirit of Zakah Al-Fitr is that the needy should have plentiful food on Eid.

All eight types of recipients of Zakah mentioned in the Quran are HUMANS, not “building projects”.

Error Seven: Giving Zakat ul-Fitr to non-Muslims

Charity is given to both Non-Muslims and Muslims. However, Zakah al-Fitr charity is something exclusive to the MUSLIM poor and needy. Hence, one could not give Zakah Al-Fitr to any needy person on the street. “Regular” charity can be given to them, but not Zakah Al-Fitr.

Error Eight: Delaying distribution

Sometimes Masjids might collect Zakah Al-Fitr money and then put it in a bank. It doesn’t reach the needy for months and months. The correct method is to give Zakah Al-Fitr immediately when it is due.
